§ 1 User area

The utilization of these internet pages is permitted solely on the basis of these conditions.
When you start to use the website, these conditions of use are expressly accepted in the relevant version.
The contents of the CARECUT webpages may not be modified in any way, nor may they be reproduced for official or commercial purposes, shown publically, demonstrated, distributed or used in any other way.
The downloading of content from CARECUT websites is only permitted for private and non-commercial use.
The use of the contents of this website on another website or in network environments is not permitted. 

§ 2 Services

CARECUT provides, on its webpages, certain information which may be called up or downloaded.
CARECUT is authorized to cease the operation of these webpages in full or in part at any time. CARECUT accepts no liability for the permanent availability of the CARECUT webpages. CARECUT is not obliged to update the contents of these webpages.

§ 3 Registration/password

Some pages of the CARECUT webpage are password-protected. Access to these pages is only available to registered users. No one has a right to registration.

§ 4 Right to use information

  • Distribute advertising or un-requested emails.

The CARECUT webpages may contain hyperlinks to the webpages of third-parties. CARECUT accepts no liability for the contents of these webpages nor does CARECUT claim this content as their own.

§ 7 Liability for defect of title and material defects

The use of the information provided on the CARECUT webpages is at the risk of the user. CARECUT accepts no liability for potential damages (lost profit, data loss or production downtime), on behalf of their suppliers or third-parties mentioned on these pages.
This does not apply in the event of deliberate action and in the event that liability is prescribed in law.
CARECUT will attempt to keep the CARECUT webpages free of viruses, but is not able to guarantee this. For the sake of safety, the user is recommended to ensure their own protective mechanisms and virus scanners.

Data protection

CARECUT observes the applicable data protection regulations in the collection, use and processing of personal data.

Subsidiary agreements must be made in writing.Court of jurisdiction for all legal arguments with merchants is Frankfurt.
The CARECUT webpages are operated by and are the responsibility of the Germany-based UNITED SALON TECHNOLOGIES GMBH. CARECUT accepts no responsibility for the fact that information on the CARECUT webpages may be accessed and downloaded outside Germany. The user is themselves responsible for the maintenance of the relevant applicable law.

Access to information on the CARECUT webpages from countries in which this access is not lawful is not permitted.

Law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies with the exclusion of the UN purchase right.
